How do I use the GeoFlow AI Chat?
Simply type your question about traffic, routes, GPS navigation, or smart city solutions in the chat input box. The AI will analyze your query and provide intelligent responses based on real-time data and mobility expertise.
What kind of questions can I ask the AI?
You can ask about route optimization, traffic predictions, GPS tracking, smart city solutions, public transport, urban mobility, IoT sensors, and much more. The AI specializes in smart mobility and transportation.
How accurate are the traffic predictions?
Our AI uses real-time Google Maps data combined with machine learning models to provide highly accurate traffic predictions. Accuracy depends on data availability in your region.

How do I change my password?
Go to your Profile page, scroll down to the "Change Password" section, enter your current password and new password, then click "Update Password".
How do I update my profile photo?
Visit your Profile page and click the camera icon on your profile photo. Select an image from your device (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5MB).
What are the different user roles?
GeoFlow AI has 5 roles: Administrator (full access), Manager (oversight), Driver (GPS & routes), Passenger (trip planning), and User (basic access). Contact support to upgrade your role.
GPS & Navigation
How do I enable GPS location?
Click the "Enable GPS" button in the AI Chat sidebar. Your browser will ask for location permission. Once granted, the AI can provide personalized route recommendations based on your position.
How accurate is the GPS tracking?
GPS accuracy depends on your device and environment. We recommend enabling high-accuracy mode on your device for best results (typically 5-10 meters accuracy).
Can I use GeoFlow AI without GPS?
Yes! You can manually enter origin and destination addresses. GPS is optional but recommended for personalized real-time recommendations.
Privacy & Security
Is my location data stored?
Your location data is only used during your active session for route calculations. We do not permanently store your GPS coordinates unless you explicitly save them in your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile > Danger Zone > Delete My Account. You will need to confirm your password and type DELETE to proceed. This action is permanent and irreversible.
What data does GeoFlow AI collect?
We collect basic profile information (name, email, phone), conversation history for AI improvement, and optionally GPS data during active sessions. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Mobile & Platforms
Is there a mobile app?
Yes! GeoFlow AI is available on Android and iOS. Download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. The mobile app includes all features plus push notifications for traffic alerts.
Can I use GeoFlow AI offline?
The AI chat requires an internet connection. However, some GPS features and saved routes can work offline in the mobile app.
What browsers are supported?
GeoFlow AI supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. We recommend using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
